Thats the only one that resembles Moore. Ive seen alot of his autos in the years and never seen one that looks like that. _________________ Yours in Sport

That's the one. I can't vouch for the provenance, the programme was in amongst a box full of other programmes that came into my possession. You've made me study other autographs out there and I agree that it is different to the standard ones. I'm no graphologist but there seems a fair resemblance to his style of writing. |

I'm sellling it in good faith. If the buyer takes a look and feels that it's not genuine, I'd have absolutely no issue with poviding a refund on return. |

Well i think thats the wrong way of doing things.
I have run a successful auction company that specialises in Football memorabilia for some years now inwhich we sell many football autographs.
I am also a huge West Ham collector and have many examples of Sir Moore's signature.
That is not a Bobby Moore signature.
What happens if the winning bidder is a complete novice thats only just taken up collecting and this item becomes his "cherished" item for many years to come ?
You have stated in your listing that the item is signed by Bobby Moore, this is not the case. If you are selling it in good faith then it sould just be described as signed with no names mentioned.
I bet you wished you had'nt posted the link now

I'd only be sorry if I was trying to lift someone's leg. I'll just have to be totally up front with the successful bidder and ask them what they want to do about it. |
