anyone know anything about theses cards. as there is someone on ebay selling them and have found one for ayr united

Donaldsons produced a series of cards in the 40's and 50's - their last series was called "Gold Cups" in 1955, a series of 144 team cards. I presume Ayr Utd was among them.

Back in 2004 when I last had a catalogue from Neil Goulding, they were valued @ £10 each when VG or £6.50 when only Good. At that time Neil didn't have the Ayr one on his list.

How does that stack up with what's on EBay?

They have a value of £15-£25 in excellent condition. Also depends on who is depicted.

That's about right. Depends if it goes higher?! I have the Brentford one.
