Looks like Moscow Dynamo with keeper in black but game at Rangers was 2-2, they won 4-3 v Arsenal and although game at Chelsea was 3-3 it's not the Bridge.

Pete, Caption says crowd of 100,000 crammed into Stamford Bridge Shocked
Tommy Lawton had signed six days previously for £14,000 from Everton
so I presume it's November 1945

It isn't Ibrox,Ibrox had a covered terracing and uncovered terracing flanking the main stand. The covered terracing in this picture is on the wrong side of the main stand to be Ibrox. The tour of the UK was indeed 1945 and the Moscow Dynamo keeper was the great Lev Yashin.

It did look to me like Stamford Bridge from photos I have seen but as Pete has no doubt seen many more photos than I have I didn't think to question it.
