'Deres' Evening Football Programme & Memorabilia Fair

I am proposing to hold a bi-monthly evening football programme and memorabilia fair at Erith & Belvedere Football Club, Park View Road, Welling, Kent, every second Thursday of the said month starting on 12 July 2012 running from 7pm - 945pm.

Single tables will be £15 each, with FREE tea/coffee vouchers issued to each stall holder.

Theres a licensed bar and tea bar with FREE admission to all.

The fair(s) will be marketed in the local press, specialist hard copy publications and websites.

Its something different and I seek your constructive thoughts and or interest in a table.

It may be worthwhile to check that some of your dates do not coincide with the Orpington ephemera fair which is every month (and usually either the second or third Thursday of the month).

The reason why I say this is because there could be a couple of sellers already established in Orpington who would otherwise be a guarantee for your event.

Yes thanks Danny I have factored this into my thinking and have already been in contact with a well known dealer and regular at Orpington.
