Just an update. There was an official programme for the final. It was on general sale for QAR80 approx £18. It was not VIP only as stated by at least 1 ebay seller.

I believe it sold out on the day. However I would expect the main programme dealers to have it ordered. Ebay prices appear insane to me.

I can confirm that the programme is available to fans still in Doha.
A World Cup megastore appears to have been set up there selling all remaining 2022 ephemera at half price except for the programme which is still selling at face value.

The prices at the moment are beyond ridiculous, but to be expected straight after the final, I imagine they will settle down but will end up more expensive than previous editions.
