They do exist but I only know of one or two - same goes for the other Fairs Cup matches of that era at St James' Park.

Nice one! Obviously you're not going to sell this great item. However, please could you let us know the story of how you came to find such a rare ticket? Smile

Have collected tickets for 35 years. I do have a spare somewhere but it is not in good condition. Have collected Rangers in European Comp. Last one I saw on Ebay sold for £1800 a few years back

Nice. Do you remember how you came to get the two you have? Plenty of takers for the spare, I'd assume. Which Rangers tickets do still you need?

Picked them up years ago when no one collected tickets. Have seen all the Newcastle tickets on ebay a few years ago and they all sold for over £1000 each. Someone paid a lot of money for them and someone made a lot of money. I do have a list of tickets I require I know a few of them were not ticket games as they were pay at the gate and I am looking for comps or Director Box tickets

Oh, right. It seems the actual story is going to elude us! That's often interesting, I think, but of course it's up to the individual whether they want to recount it so that's fair enough. Is your Rangers tickets wants list available to bear in mind?
