Sorry I don't have the programme but do they still have the little programme shop at Millwall as the bloke that used to run it many years ago could get his hands on most Millwall programmes ?

Thanks for the thought.
I don't get up to Millwall very often these days (I live in Cornwall).
There is still a small place where you can purchase programmes but mainly modern ones to my knowledge. I am in touch with the general manager up there and buy most of my modern stuff through him. He has looked out and asked about older issues before and not come up with anything.
That said, if I still need it, next time I go up I will ask the chap in the shop and see what happens
