England team photo 1966

I got this today from a vendor who was convinced it was taken in Leipzig in 1963, when England played East Germany there.. I couldn't get a really good look at it so I hoped he was right and we agreed a fair price. The photo is stamped on the back by an agency in Leipzig, hence his logic.

When it came I saw this was the line-up (right to left):-

Moore, Banks, Cohen, Ball, Wilson, R Charlton, Stiles, Hunt, Peters, Greaves, J Charlton.

The presence of Peters ruled out 1963 or any game prior to 1966, and I have checked all the fixtures that both Peters and Greaves played in - there can't be many.

And I have found this exact line-up played in the following game only:-

Poland v England 5th July 1966 : 0-1 (Hunt 14)

So this is the line-up for that game - the last before the 1966 World Cup finals began, 6 days later.
