Dinamo Minsk v Brighton (late 80s?)

[derby1884]

Had this programme sent to me a long time ago by someone in the old Soviet Red Army who I used to correspond with.
It's a large 4 page issue entirely in Russian - what I'm wondering is, is it "official" or a pirate issue? Has a touch of the "home made" about it, frankly.
Brighton to Minsk seems a long way to go for a friendly!
