None is pirate, especially at this time. The one with the surface of the Earth is an official of a Yugoslavian Football Association which is the same as the book is a program brochure which was issued as the strongest sports book publishing house at the time - "Spotrska knjiga" (Sport's book). Probably they did not agree on money, so they released both.
