This tosser "tested the water" with a similar post last year, however testing the water does not mean you actually say i have a lot of stuff tell me what you want and i will send you a list and how much i want for it-that is a definite, so your theory as far as this situation is concerned cannot be applied. This is a total timewaster who selects to whom he wishes to reply, furthermore it is the concensus of many members that this is the case yet silence from the poster tells you he is full of shite, sorry to be so impolite about it but who has the time to waste?. Guys got nothing-but if he has then he is an even bigger tosser but unless anyone has seen the items in the flesh-a ded end and a ded loss, maybe this is how some get their kicks winding everyone up?, none of us have lost any sleep for sure but you take each post as genuine from a genuine collector-this is worse than the other tosser dangernob as at least he has got some stuff and it can be seen.

Nice collection mind!

Did he really need to spam us to know he had potential customers for his eBay sales?

Surely you'd shift that lot easily enough?

Wouldn't it be an idea to remove this post, or at least everyone's email links, to stop some webbot trawling through, and it becoming a spammer's paradise with everyone's inbox filled with Viagra shyte?

Just a thought.

the prices were cheap but dont think anyone actually managed to buy any, i posted a cheque which hadnt been cashed a few weeks later, and they claimed they hadnt recieved, cheque now stopped, but i did notice a few of the programmes on the list being pushed through Sportingold auction.

Very good point re spammers, that's why people should pm not to be secretive but to avoid spammers.
The programmes were legit, some didn't sell and the owners decided to sell the rest at auction

i asked for the cardiff ones - the vendor said no then stuck them in auction - just what was the point in wasting everyones time

To make it worse the programmes didnt sell apart from the watford one which I bought so the only person who benefits is the auction house

I asked for four programmes from this list almost immediately after they became available. Three of them were 'sold' (since gone to auction) however the fourth was the 46/7 Norwich v Brighton - I agreed to pay the requested £18 (nice). I was offered a scan of the cover to then be told that they had mixed the programme up with another and it was no longer available.

Imagine how pissed off I am to have just noticed that it was lot no.3 at the Sportingold auction 14/6 and sold for £150 Shocked Story of my life!

The seller has almost the same postcode as Sportingold so he may just as well nipped round there first off and not teased me and a few others with some attractively priced collectable programmes!

I suppose there is a small chance that someone actually bought them off tigger and sold them for a quick profit? Sherlock
