Has anyone had any dealings with this site?. I have ordered programmes but after 3 weeks nothing but promises

Still no programmes, currently going through Paypal to get my money back.

I've seen a number of Programme websites over the years and although they had items i wanted as they didn't have an address on the site or a Name of a person i tended to be sceptical, if they then only had contact with an email address or mobile number then I don't bother going any further just close the website and hope that the items come up somewhere else.

I don't know why but when you look at Websites by some of the big name dealers, Brentside, Steve Earl, Programme Promotions, RJ Programmes, Dick Rattray, John Dee Duncan Jardine etc then you can see there full name and postal address (and usually a landline number) and for some reason that makes me feel a lot more comfortable and happy about ordering from them.
