Has anyone on here had any dealings with this dealer(s)

I would be interested to know of any experiences if you have.

I placed an order with them on friday (22nd) and on "Checking Out" a message came up with something like " An email has been sent and you will soon be contacted with full details of postage etc and details of where to send it" I was also given an order number

On saturday afternoon i phoned them to say i have not yet had the email and could they please send me the details. The chap on the phone said he would do it within the hour.

On Monday i called back to request it AGAIN and the same chap said he would definately do it that day.

Yesterday i sent them an email asking for them to do it ASAP as im going away the end of this week and i wanted to pay for them before i go.


Up until now i have still not had a response.

Quite unbelievable that someone can run a business like this.

I would be interested to hears others views on their dealings if any.

I bought a couple of programmes from them a month or two ago, took a while probably 3 weeks but the programmes turned up in good condition, overall service was pretty good and i was pleased with condition etc, they had also gone to the immense trouble of hand writing in pen a full stock list for the club i was interested in buying (4 or 5 A4 pages long) to see if i needed any more. In fact that reminds me i think i must return this list to them.
