I don't knopw whether this will be of interest to anyone - I know this is rare and its in mint condition APART FROM two pesky holes punched in the programme (why do people do that?)

Shame about the punch holes this will affect the value considerably so can't be called mint I'm afraid. You still might get £25 or so for it
