Sorry I can't help with the wants. Just got a query about the Bristol Rovers postponed on 17/2/69. I have never heard of this one.
Rovers played a home game against Barnsley on 18/2/69, so it seems a bit unlikely to me.

Barrow played Swindon Town at Holker Street on Sat 15th February & were due to play Bristol Rovers on Mon 17th February also at Holker Street.
The game was postponed and re-arranged for 21st April, so Barrow's next home game was actually on Sat 2nd March against Barnsley.
Swindon was programme number 17 & Barnsley was number 19, so Bristol rovers would have been number 18.
Barrow's fixture list and the Swindon programme both state that the game was originally due to be played on 17th February.
It's because of the missing number that I think that there was a programme produced for the game that never was.

Well that's another Rovers one that both Badhand and myself need to find then. Dammit.

Yes, it's quite a "Holy grail" with the Barrow AFC collectors as well. It's existence hasn't been 100% confirmed though, as most people involved with the club back then are either dead or simply can't remember!!

The game was originally scheduled for January 25th. However, this was an FA Cup game, and Rovers played at Bolton on this date.
I can't find any reference to a game at Barrow on 17th February in any Rovers programme of the period.
I agree that this does not definitely rule it out. Just trying to find the answer. Smile
