This seller is selling a RE-PRINT. Is it the Programme or RED SUPPLEMENT?

And if its only a RE-PRINT......Its bloody expensive.

Can't work out why the reprint is so expensive, The original programme was a four page item which included the 1971/72 handbook . The handbook originally 6p was given away free with the programme.
