09/10 Huddersfield v Leeds - Rare programme cover?

I have two copies of a programme from Huddersfield Town v Leeds United from the 2009/2010 campaign.

The programme cover showed support for the yorkshire air ambulance service and the programme sold on match day had a white cover with blue text.

However, i also have an identical programme that i believe was the original cover, with yellow writing and red text. This cover was changed because of the resemblence of colours to that of galatasaray and therefore, the obvious offence it could've caused to Leeds United supporters.

I was just wondering if anyone has seen this original copy before or is it somewhat of a rarity? it was given to me by a guy i know who works for the company who publish the huddersfield town programmes.

Sorry, I know nothing about your particular query, but could I be really cheeky and ask if your friend who works for the publishers would be able to obtain a copy of Huddersfield v Forest from 2007/08 at all please?

I admire your opportunism, but i'm afraid he's no longer involved in that company or the company are no longer involved in town programmes, it's one or the other.

Huddersfield produced 3 covers for the game. The white one, which is the most common, a yellow cover you mentioned above but think it was a 'limited' edition as opposed to being withdrawn. The 3rd was a red coloured cover.

Is the yellow issue for sale?
