I've not won a damn thing today!
I keep putting my hand up to bid but he just isn't noticing me, maybe my webcam is playing up. _________________ "We have a problem with Sol Campbell" Arsene Wenger. 04/02/06 |

yes love it when you feel like you get a bargain.
Won lot 1141. (Tottenam away tour to Cyprus 1968) wasnt going to bid as i thought it would go for ridiculous amounts. Ive only seen the programme 3 times in a decade. its sold for £250 and £120 so when there were no bids after £70 i got it for £75. |

I was busy at work and kind of forgot about the auction, by the time I realised, it was too late, and the St. Mirren V Forest programmes I wanted only went for £15!! _________________ PLEASE check out my Prostate Cancer UK charity auction page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1550474568596587/ |

2 lots for me out of 4 I was interested in but only ending up bidding on the 2 which went for reasonable prices. A nice County Cup collection with some unusual items and a Youth collection. |

Hi, wonder if someone can assist. For first time I sort of followed the Sportingold auction on computer at work but kept dropping out on internet connection. However am sure there were items where the hammer dropped and the item "sold" - but looking at results list today there are lot of these items listed as £0 ie not sold? |

Sign of the times I think. As was discussed on other threads, run of the mill stuff is struggling to sell, whereas the quality items mostly seem to be ok. _________________ PLEASE check out my Prostate Cancer UK charity auction page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1550474568596587/ |

Wrestling Programmes??????? |
Believe it or not I bought some on ebay one day, mainly 1960's and early 70's, as there was nothing on the footballing front that tickled my fancy. I got about 30 for £10, including half of them at least being signed including the likes of Mick Mcmanus, Honey Boy Zimba, Les Kellett, Pat Roach (from Auf Wiedersehen Pet) and loads of others that I recognised. All 4 paged affairs in excellent condition, and a rare bargain I thought at that price. |

Each to their own John, are you sure you're not Red's alter ego?!!! _________________ PLEASE check out my Prostate Cancer UK charity auction page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1550474568596587/ |
