Ever since I can remember the FA Cup has always been my favourite, it still is, you can forget the Champions League, Internationals, the League and for the Wednesday fans out there the League Cup and Johnstones paint trophy. For me its the FA Cup, so with that in mind, the Cup draw is this sunday, I've promised the little uns that whoever Utd draw we'll be going.
Want
Danny - Newcastle Away
McKenzie - Stafford Rangers (????) or Blackpool Away
Me - Spurs Away
Do Not Want
Apart from any ground we've already been to, West Ham
Who do you want, any preferences and who don't you want & why?

IF we get through, and that's a very big if at the moment -
Want - anyone in the top two divisions home or away. Failing that someone non league
Don't want - anyone in the bottom two divisions again! |

Always hope to get a ground where Blackpool have never played.
For current League clubs that leaves Burton, Colchester and Stevenage.
Plenty of non-league to go at such as AFC Wimbledon, Chelmsford, Crawley, Dover, Droylesden, Swindon Supermarine or Tamworth.
Failing that Preston away |

I'd be happy with one of the big names, like;
Swindon Supermarine
Accrington Stanley
F C United of Manchester
We don't one one of the smaller names left in like,
York
Luton or
Yeovil

Realistically given our current financial postion, it would have to be Man Utd away.
Failing that Blunts at home would be a nice atmospheric cup encounter. _________________ 26th December 1979

A nice easy one!! They don't do well against league 1 teams at home in the 3rd Round!! Really good day out though, especially when you beat them there!! _________________ Nuts and Bolts Web Design

On a personal note I would love to get Dover Athletic at home, a good friend of mine is breaking into the team at just 17 (Goalkeeper) so would love to see him play at ER, he also supports Leeds so would be a fantastic day out for all involved.
Ball No. 20 for Leeds!! _________________ Nuts and Bolts Web Design

48. AFC Wimbledon / Stevenage Borough
52. Droylsden / Leyton Orient
53. Crawley Town / Swindon Town
54. Brighton & Hove Albion / FC United of Manchester
58. Colchester United / Swindon Supermarine

Its a bit chicken and egg this chaps.
Some of us have the small matter of the 2nd round to overcome.
If it was my choice I'd probably have Man Utd away in the 6th round. Thats after beating Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea in the 3rd, 4th and 5th rounds respectively.
Theres a chance a could share my mates prawn sandwich in hospitality.
Happy days |

Would have loved to have met bradford being a leeds fan but they cant seem to make it to 3rd round these days. Any of the premiership top six at home just to recreate the great atmosphere at elland road on a big match day. |
