Found the following sunderland homes, any view as to whether they are hard to come by?

Sland v Huddersfield 02/10/43
Sland v Mboro 29/04/44
Sland v Mboro 26/08/44
Sland v Newcastle 23/09/44 (i've a reasonable idea on this one being a Newc collector)
Sland v Spurs 50/51
Sland v Man u 49/50

In addition another 10 from 49/50 & 4 from 50/51 of varying conditions

Must be worth at least £25-30 for the war years and £15-20 for the post-war ones - and obviously around 3 times that for the Man U one.

Sunderland early fifties are worth a few quid. They normally match prices of Leeds homes from that era.... so if they follow the same trend then some of these could be worth 3 figures,

Although it must be said I am only guessing.

I've eventually gottten around to listing the rest as follows. I've tried to describe condition as best possible and appreciate that this will impact value (I've always taken the view that a less than perfect copy is far better than the copy i dont have !!).

You obviously knew the good stuff from the average. There has been, for some reason a lot of Sunderland homes 1940s -1950s come on the the market in the last few months, subsequently prices have falllen somewhat. i would say most of these would sell for £15 to £25, but as always, one or two might bring a higher price if a bidding war broke out..
