Why do people sell programmes on ebay in bulk but can't be bothered to list them. For example " 40 Sunderland homes from the 1960s for sale.... sorry can't list them". How long would it take to list them? There could be youth team or reserves among them which are quite collectable. The guy probably spends more time answering questions from buyers than if he had just listed them in the first place. I'm sorry but if someone can't be bothered to list them , then i can't be bothered to make a bid.

I've got a bulk sale finishing shortly for a collection of 50's and 60's collectable items. Listed every single one of the 175 items and it took an eternity - but will hopefully be worthwhile.
I'm similar to yourself Wullie in looking for full descriptions, but don't automatically turn down those who don't have them as you can sometimes gauge if there's anything special by using the enlarge photo facility?

What i do, is catalouge every single programme i buy on my computer. Then simply copy and paste the items i wish to sell. This guy didn't even have a photo. I just don't know how anyone can make an offer and yet don't know what they are bidding for...

You've answered your own question, if they can't be bothered to list them singularly & there is the odd gem there, surely it HAS to worth bidding??

It might be a load of old junk but I suppose you're always likely to be able to get rid of them individually for more than you pay.

60's programmes wouldn't be junk anyway.
If you're after Sunderland programmes have you seen this on ebay?
