It will literally depend on which sets/maufacturers, condition and how many people are competing.

I have dabbled in cigarette and trade cards and the catalogue values from Murrays etc. are meaningless. Most Players and Wills cards a re so common as to be unsaleable....but if you get the Wills Footballers series from 1902 and are lucky enough to stumble on Billy Meredith, Steve Bloomer or a couple of the others then you have a single card worth several hundred pounds, whilst the others in the set you'll be lucky to see a tenner for....

I am not in the market but if you wanted to send a list of what you have I'll happily try and steer you to what might be of value.

Most Plymouth post 1959 but plenty of others including reserves, friendlies, Cup Finals Internationals and Club issues, handbooks and other sports.

A bit overpriced lots of 500 cards at auction go for around £30 to £40. So 750 would go for about £60 at most . a full set of Wills Footballers for 1935 only sells for £6.50 on Ebay. You would need to have the pre 1st World war cards to be valuable.
