Chelsea autographs 1957

Does anyone know how I can get a valuation on the attached Chelsea autographs from a programme dated 1957..

Not an expert, could well be wrong, but l don’t think the Jimmy Greaves one looks genuine at all . That puts all the others in doubt . Apologies if l’m wrong.. If someone with more knowledge of Chelsea autographs than me thinks they are okay, would have thought £30-40.

I am reliably informed my auntie knew a youth team player at the time, who got them. But I will check other items autographed by Jimmy Greaves for comparison.
They are all proper signatures, not like todays squiggles with their squad number!!
