Manchester City photo ID question

New arrival here is this photo showing Don Revie, in his term as England manager in about 1976, at an England traning session at the University of Manchester sports ground which was in the charge of the chap on the right - who was an old City teammate of Don back in the 50's.

So who is the bloke on the right, please?

Thought you would recognise him as he played for Palace for a couple of seasons 1961-1963, certainly looks like Roy Little to me.
