I have been doing it my way for 20 years and never had a complaint. I will not be changing the way I leave feedback. I agree entirely with littlewiggy , my reasons are the same as him.

Complete agree buddy. Me too.

I've been on eBay since 2001 (on my second account now). In that time I must have racked up well over 20,000 transactions, and have never left nor received a single neutral or negative feedback comment.

My point is, I guess, is that there is never a problem that good communication, and more importantly, good manners cannot rectify.

We all make mistakes, it's precisely why they put rubbers on the end of pencils. However, if you treat people with kindness, honesty & respect, then in my experience they always tend to treat you likewise.

EBay & collecting should always be a pleasure, never a headache.
