Nottingham Forest v Bradford City Carabao Cup Teamsheet

Does anybody know how to get hold of a teamsheet from the Nottingham Forest v Bradford City Carabao Cup match played last Wednesday. I rang the club before the match and they gave me an email address to send a request to but so far I have not received a reply.

This is probably going to be of no help whatsoever in this particular request but may help going forwards.

I generally tend to send a letter, requesting if they could kindly send me a teamsheet, with a stamped self addressed envelope to a club several days before the match is played.

I used to email a club requesting a teamsheet but found that the sae way was much much more successful.

My suspicion is that football clubs really don't want to spend money and receive nothing back even if it is a cost of a stamp and envelope...

This theory of mine is held up even more so when a mate of mine told me he does something similar but instead of the sae he includes £1.
