Daily Express 5-a-side November 1970

Can anybody tell me the teams that competed in the Daily Express 5-a-side at the Wembley Arena on November 4th 1970?

I have tried google. I see Manchester United won with George Best starring beating Celtic en route but cannot find who else competed

Possibly the wrong year here, but I'm 100% certain that Huddersfield Town competed in one of these tournaments.
It would have probably been during their 1st Division days so possibly 1970, 1971, 1972.
I'm sure that I remember seeing the midweek highlights on Sportsnight.

Can anyone please confirm this with programme details?

Huddersfield competed in the 1970 tournament according to the brochure i have.

The person who originally owned it wrote in all the scores so if they are correct Huddersfield played Coventry City in the first round and it ended 0-0; Coventry won 6-5 on penalties

(I have this and the 1969 brochure as Swindon were in both, losing to Manchester City in the final in 1969 and then Manchester City again in the first round in 1970)

I've tried up-loading a picture of the centre pages where the original owner wrote all the scores, so hope it is readable.
