Trying to figure out what's going on at your club and understanding what the protest etc is all about.

From what i understand the club tried to raise some funds to help improve the team, the Cardiff fans dug deep and raised a substantial amount of money and instead of investing that on players the club decided to pay off some debts to stop them going into administration.

From an outsider looking in that make's sense to me, as if the club were to have spent that money on a new signing, meaning they would have gone into administration and all the problems with that (points deduction, assets sold etc).

Obviously the fans reaction seems to tell me there is more than this going on, anyone able to shed any light on what is actually happening??

Same old same old riddler....

We had an offer in late november saying buy a season ticket now and the price will stay the same for five years....thats the best part.

He then went on to say that the money raised from the season ticket sales some 11000 + would be used to strengthen the team in jan.

As we have now found out no players come in and even with the £2-3million pound raised the £2.7m tax bill has yet to be paid.

In fact we even ended up selling some of the land on the site for a further £2m to pay for bills - not even sure if that covers the tax bill !!.

So a few hundred protested after the donny game, as showed against newcastle we have nowhere near the team to compete up the top of the league !!
