Could anyone give me an idea of what late 1920's Aberdeen homes are worth?

Theres 2 on ebay just now at £299, but have been on for a wee while, not shifting.

These are generally pretty rare and the ones on eBay are those from a pal who had/has probably the biggest Dons collection going, but he’s selling up. If you have any for sale, I’d be potentially interested.
