Mint condition, single sheet folded as intended with details on front cover, teams on middle pages, Ipswich team photo on back.

I think you may have the combination game on the 6/4/1946? if so in mint condition think you should be in the region of £40-60 maybe a bit more with the wind behind you.

It is the League Three (South)Cup on 22/4/1946 would hope to get £40 + but ITFC prices have fallen in recent years.
