80p for a pack of five, up from 50p last time around, over 100 pounds to fill the album.
Looks like they are targetting adults rather than kids these days |

Yep, 682 stickers 16p each = £110 absolute minimum to complete it
With the amount of doubles you'd get, probably better value to just fork out £150 for a buy it now complete set on ebay.
But that defeats the point of collecting!
I'm out. |

The road to Russia packs of stickers were 60p so a 25% increase is pretty steep I feel sorry for the parents of children’s who collect them. |

That's a massive increase from last time. They were 50 cents a packet in 2010 and 60 cents in 2014 here in Australia, if they have increased by 30 pence back home I hate to think what they are going to be here when they come out. I agree with Dorking will be better to fork out for the complete set on ebay, but does spoil the fun of collecting somewhat. |

Mexico 86 was 12p for a packet of 6, had tons of swaps but completed the bugger with pocket money and paper round money alone. Helped I was at school so loads of swapping
Unattainable now for kids bit like buying your own ticket and train fare to the game each week (watched Palace, and if they were away on the Saturday, Charlton who groundshared, or Fulham, Orient or Brentford who were lower league and cheap to get in) |

Gareth Southgate England Manager was quoted today as saying that all positions are still up for grabs in his squad selection for the World Cup.
Thats fair enough and understandable of course.
But if the Panini World Cup sticker books are already on sale in the shops - which players are in the England squad and how is this determined ?
Qualifying squad selections i suppose, but any thoughts / ideas ? |

They use to do x number of players (regulars) then when the squads are announced anyone major ie Walcott 2006 Panini brings out extra stickers. I think that they had an extra 80 stickers at the last World Cup. Players selected but not in book. |

Panini stickers for Russia 2018 are $1.50 for a packet of 5 stickers this time around here in Australia, probably about the same price as back home) a big jump from last time. Think I'll wait till the whole set is available on ebay or Gumtree. If anyone has a large number for sale I would be interested to hear from you, many thanks. |
