It's xi (eleven) not xl (forty), however, here's one I've just seen on Ebay

I have an Ipswich Town programme against an All Star XI, played on 8th May 1978 for Mick Lambert's testimonial.

And, Manchester City against a Don Revies International All Star XI, played on 28th April 1975 For Ken Barnes testimonial.
