I could be wrong but I don't think Man Utd printed programmes for home reserve matches in 45/6. No doubt somebody else on the forum will be able to confirm.

That is correct.

There are a number of United's Central League programmes played away including at Leeds United amongst others that have surfaced but no homes matches were played during 1945-6 due to Old Trafford being partly destroyed in 1941.
The Central League fixtures resumed back in 1946-7 with United playing at a bombed out Old Trafford as United were then sharing Manchester City's ground at Maine Road for all League and Cup home games 1946-7 to the end of 1948-49, United went "back home" for the 1949-50 season.
