Any favourite programmes, tickets or photographs you own for games played on your home ground not involving your team ?
I have two press photos from Roker Park.

FA Amateur Cup semi-final, between Crook Town and Ilford, on 15th March 1958

World Cup 16th June 1966 Soviet Union v Italy.

Fascinating photos. Got really excited whilst paging down... FA Cup Semi Final... Wolverhampton Wanderers.... I was hoping it would have been the 1921 Replay against Cardiff City, but it was Grimsby Town.

1972, Mick Channon scoring for England U-23s against Scotland at the Baseball Ground.

Does look like there are two footballs in the net, though.

Amazing how often the papers did that. They'd have displayed that photo probably to about the I in "WITH" so had to stick another ball nearer the action. Did wonders for Spot The Ball. Wink

A few programmes from 1948-49 of matches played at Griffin Park.

The London v Yorkshire programme wasn't known to exist, until now. Smile

This is just a copy of the actual programme from this Baseball Match played at Griffin Park in 1923. The orginal was 'raffled' at a programme meeting about 20 years ago! So it is in a Brentford Supporters Collection, just not mine!!

3 matches played at Selhurst Park for various reasons.

1948 London Olympics - 31st July - 1st round - Egypt 1 v Denmark 3 after extra time, att 12,000

1953 FA Cup 2nd Round, 2nd replay - 21st Dec 1953 - Brighton 1 v Wrexham 3 (you have to wonder how many Wrexham fans witnessed this splendid result, 2pm kick off in South London 4 days before Xmas!)

1962 Amateur International - 16th March 62 - England 3 v Scotland 4
