A nice piece on Five Live recently about a six year old who applied for the Manager's job at Villa.

He said:

He would teach the team to shoot straight so they would score more goals.
He would teach the defenders to get in the way of opponents shots.
Getting to and from the ground would not be a problem as his Mum and Dad would take him and pick him up.
Could they let him have a decision as soon as possible as he would have to tell his school he was not going back!

Sounds like the man for the job.
