They may have been given a teamsheet at the game and might still have it (or be able to tell you if one was actually produced).

I see Derby is doing a monthly "programme" via ACA Creative.

Can anyone tell me which issue number tomorrow's game with Huddersfield is in as there is a lack of detail on the ACA website ...

Certainly Spurs used it between 2001 and 2004 as I saw Forest's stiffs there three times - including Kazuyuki Toda's first appearance in a Spurs shirt in front of dozens of Japanese journalists.

Have a list of Forest's youth cup fixtures somewhere (not to hand), but I don't recall seeing any games v Wimbledon on there.

Be hell of a coincidence, but the Everton collection claims to have programmes for FA Youth Cup 2nd round replay Everton v Man Utd 12/12/65 and 2nd round, Man Utd v Everton 6/12/66.
