Interesting list. I can add a few dates from programmes in my collection:

07.06.1929 Staevnet Copenhagen - Belfast Celtic
01.06.1932 Staevnet Copenhagen - Birmingham
27.05.1947 Staevnet Copenhage ...

We can push Luton's earliest date back to 1948 anyway, Dundalk v Luton 16/5/48, a programme was done for this one.

Argyle played Borussioa Dortmund two days before the St Louis Simpkins ( may 7th). They played them twice on the US Tour and pretty sure both had programmes.
