As usual do not trust anything on ebay from the Netherlands, Belarus etc. Pure fakes only done for ebay.

Looks OK to me - the only difference to mine is that all the printing is slightly to the right but that just means it was a different batch normally

I must have a programme somewhere when this tournament was played in Hamburg Area. The Republic of Sainkt Pauli was participating back then to attrect fans.

Do collectors still class the fan produced programmes as the match day programme in the absence of anything else available?

Some do, but I don't.
I finished collecting Holland programmes some year ...

There are a couple of programmes from Greece all produced by MATZ.
