Do they exist?

This is a serious question, it just got me thinking as I noticed my latest ebay sale was to a person of the female persuasion.

She was probably buying it on behalf of a bloke though!

We did have a female Wycombe Wanderers collector on here last year, I believe. Have dealt with quite a few women on ebay, but most said that they were buying for husband/boyfriend/dad.

It's the fundamental difference between men and women.

Women hoard things.

Men collect things. Hunter-gatherer instincts and all that...

The long suffering mrs who hates football now tells me the scores and scorers so my "hobby" is rubbing off on her

I take my Mrs to watch the footie occasionally. I tell her its my way to make sure we spend quality time together whereas the reality is, I use her as a taxi! Laughing

Ally Ward was the only serious female collector and believe you me if u got in her way [collecting wise]when she was in her collecting heyday 12 years ago hold onto ur nuts boys as she took no prisoners-and there are some members on here still with the scars to prove it!, alas i was not one of them as we got on great and still do-but beware she is on this forum as her hubby is Mr Chris Ward from Brentside! Very Happy Days Ally and she is still around still, but selling now, Ticket Queen she was for sure! and that tongue is i bet as Acidic as ever if you just happen to think she is just a woman in a mans hobby!! haha

That Queen aint dead long live the Queen!

Now then do we know any closet collectors on here[Trannies] or SHEMALES?, provided they do not resort to talking about how difficult it is to get a pair of 6" killer heels in a size 12 or posting images asking is my bum looking big in this, all will be well. i know we have one or two self confessed nicker sniffers but anyone gonna come forward-it would beat the hell out of listening to diatribes about rusty fkin staples or some recent tosser looking to create some wicked gossip and thinking he was in any way amusing when the guy from Nottingham Forest was found dead a few weeks ago-this twat was on in a flash asking for conspiracy theories but as soon as all the sensible members were pouring in with RIP's he crawled back in his hole.

Anyway, i will revert back to my museum for another month and do not look forward to more drivel from some dozy half witts-yes i know i should not sit on the fence but that is how it is.

I am expecting the same old roofers to respond no doubt

Major mistake, letting the wife know what you are up to. Now every time she wants something, you can't say " we can't afford it", because she'll turn round and say " what about those bloody programmes ?" Laughing Laughing

She's as good as gold, she bids for me when I can't, I once told her to stop at a fiver but she went to £20 to make sure I got it, gotta love her and she understands it's a historical record of the club as well.

Musn't grumble with this one mate...... thankfully mine understands too, she often gets a rarity for Christmas and gives cash for my birthday to contribute towards the London premier fair.

A friend of mine's missus collects programmes. She got a ton handed down to her and she keeps on collecting. Very handy as between the two of us we make every game, and always get a spare for the other one.

She collects badges too
