Early 90s Wembley finals

Just a question I've always wondered about; why are the early 90s cup final/charity shield programmes more expensive than the late 80s for example? Low print runs? I'm especially thinking about the 91 and 92 FA Cup Finals, the 92 League Cup Final and the 1990 Charity Shield. Cheers

Usually it's lower print runs than normal, which causes the demand.
