Basically the book is a wreck but there's 3 plain pages of autographs from the like of

Shanks
Paisley
Emlyn Hughes
Roger Hunt
Ray Clemence
Steve Heighway

You name em in that era, they are there.

Any worth?

Its not for sale btw but I'm interested to know the worth

Its hard to give a value - although if I were you I would hold on to it. If you are selling it then it may be worth asking a silly amount - eg £150 on a free listing day on ebay just to test the water. Shanks autograph is worth £20+ on ebay every time. Shanks & Paisley on the same page must be knocking on £50.

Who are the others who have signed it?

Like swnydwr said its hard to give a value. Pity the book was not in good condition. I would not go as far as £150, but Shankley , Paisley and Hughes are a good buy.Maybe £50 but depends , , who are the others who have signed the book

The ones I can make out are

Ian Callaghan
Brian Hall x2
Ron Yeates
Tommy Lawrence
Alec Lindsay
Ian St John x2
Shanks
Paisley
Hughes
Clemence
Hunt

There must be another dozen or so who I can't decipher.

Hi Andy

any chance of a photo of the signatures - hopefully I should be able to help with some - I have a few old sigs which I should be able to match up.

Cheers John

Roger Hunt is the fourth one down on the first sheet. He left at the end of season 69/70, so all autographs must be for this season or before.

regards, Mark

Going from what you've said I'd imagine you would have no problem getting £50 and I'd imagine probably more. What is the book by the way?
