Will make paypal payment straight away.

I went. Sadly the ticket stubs were just paper and mine was torn in half as I entered the turnstile, so there will be almost none around.

I do have a spare programme in mint condition but was going to put it on ebay as they seem to be selling quite well. If you want to make me an decent offer feel free.

No thanks Paulo. I thought this was a forum to help fans with current season issues without going through ebay. I have done this when requested and sent on for the cover price i paid plus the post it cost me.
I should have organised getting the programme from the club before my hols but forgot all about it.
No problem though mate, hope it sells well on ebay
Very Happy

Fair enough and I agree with what your saying. Had I picked up your thread before I went I would have gladly sorted you one out at the cover price.

Hopefully you can get one through Wimbledon.

They were however selling like hot cakes yesterday with people buying 8's and 10's.

Thumbs Up

try contacting the respective club shops......or if you have to go through ebay then bide your time and wait for the initial feeding frenzy to die down and can pick it up for pretty much face value in a couple of weeks

Heard a rumour that they printed one programme for every ticket sold. 4500? I bought one, but the person behind me bought 10, so I'm guessing there weren't many left over.
Also they weren't ripping tickets in half in the away turnstiles.

If I had known beforehand I would have got a copy for you [AFC Wimbledon], although Brian asked me to get 4 copies for him, so if you ask him nicely I'm sure he will reserve you one (assuming he hasn't already pre-sold them). Mind you, it will be another couple of weeks before I have a chance to take them in.

As for tickets, I asked them only to tear a corner off instead of in half, and they obliged.

I have a spare programme that I picked up from Kingsmeadow on Saturday and will be happy to sell at cover price (£3) plus postage probably around £1.50. So £4.50 all in. Being a collector myself I'll send it with some hard card so it shouldn't get trashed by the postman. If anybody is interested then send me a message.

though not what you initially enquired about , the 2 clubs did meet in what I believe to be the FIRST COMPETITIVE MATCH AS LEAGUE CLUBS, FOR BOTH TEAMS. in the CARLING CUP.

I went , not sure how the programeme sold but thought it a good issue, though it did appear abridged,.

I heard that the Crawley v AFC Wimbledon programme sold out more than an hour before kick off.

I was at the Wimbledon end and programmes were available to buy until about a couple of minutes of the kick off. There was one programme seller in the Wimbledon enclosure who did leave just prior to kick off after he had sold his allocation. It may well be that they did sell out eventually but you'll need to consult Crawley town about that.

I was at this game and all tickets were either torn or sprayed with black paint, so one in a good condition is going to hard to come by unless people are willing to settle for whats on offer.

Guys
I have a copy of the Crawley v Wimbledon and Crawley v Macclesfield programmes if it helps.
Mint condition
£3 each cover price + £1.50 postage each. I'll obviously amend the postage if anyone needs them both.
Hope this helps someone out
