Tottenham v Celtic

I have a good, clean copy of the friendly match between Tottenham and Celtic played in Toronto June 1957. I have not seen this for sale any where, is it rare?

I believe they sell anywhere from £180-£300 depending on condition, most i've seen have been worn due to the paper used. There have been a fair few of these come up over the last 2/3 years at auction houses.
