hi there are a couple more to add. Mainly Arsenal based but the second one also has a number of other clubs especially pre-War:

There are some interesting prices there for 50s Bolton v Arsenal programmes

"BOLTON versus 1952/3: Arsenal (25/12/52) extremely rare programme from Arsenal's championship winning season with a one inch tear at the top affecting all pages but with no paper loss £65"

54/5 £25 55/6 £40 56/7 £15

I have bought every Bolton v Arsenal programme from 50/51 to 59/60 in the last couple of years, the most I paid was just over £30 for the 52/53 one in good condition with no tears. The ones from 53/54 - 56/57 were all around £10.

If they were the prices for Bolton v Tottenham programmes from the 50s they would be bargains but at the moment Bolton v Arsenal programmes from the 1950s are quite cheap. The ones from 46/47 to 49/50 are a different matter,i don't think any of those could be bought for under £70.

got to say (in my honest opinion), some of those prices are extortionate!

This is a better one for Forest:

The nfp.co one is that generic club listings from one dealer I think. Yes, all overpriced.

RE: The Forest programme websites - I have never seen that site before Paul, but I would have to agree with Craig. £12 for a Forest European away? I sell them for £3, and Gary on Trent End sells them for around that too. Having said that, I wouldn't buy from Trent End normally either, as I can find most of his progs on ebay cheaper. Gary is a sound bloke though, dealt with him loads of times on ebay in the past.

Very surprised to see some 1955/56 Leeds homes listed at £20. These have been on EBay several times and failed to sell. Does this not indicate that they are overpriced?

Hello all. I've just set up a new blog to 'ahem' showcase my collection. It can be found at ..

http://classicfootballprogrammes.blogspot.com

I've included a link on the right hand sidebar back to this place.

If anyone wants to promote their own website on my blog I can add a link no bother. Ideally it would be great if you could supply me a high-res image of a nice programme so I can write a new post featuring your image (linked back to your site of course) plus standard text links too; of course I would also link back to this place too. Would get a bit of google juice flowing your way. Send me a PM if your interested.

Thumbs Up

http://nifootball.blogspot.com/2010/03/collectors-corner-index.html

Great website showing scans of almost all Northern Ireland programmes home and away for the last 100 years. Also features tickets, U21, B games etc.

Is there anything similar out there for Wales and England? my own website will feature the 1960's very shortly, with home games being gradually added.
