I would advise anybody who is planning on bidding for the official 1962 World Cup Tournament programme on ebay to either not bother and saved been scammed or ask the seller to provide a scan of the actual programme if he or she has one for sale as the scan used has been stolen off my FlickR page. The seller from Cleveland this time has a new ebay account. He has sold the programme about 3/4 times now over the past year on ebay yet it re-appears. Stay well clear.
