Not much - final prices quite high - and confusing to listen to a auction with no gavel

Yes,

Won lot 821 at a pricey £260 plus extras!.

Some nice bits in there though, including Swansea vs Cardiff 1959/60 WC single sheet and the 1960/1 WCF replay at Steboneath Park.

Matt-I guess you won the City European lot?.

Yeh, Won that i almost stopped at £320 to be honest. After the resale of the other programmes it should make the final figure a little more acceptable !!

won 1 lot, including an old Everton programme.

Did anyone win lot 0498?

There is one programme I was interested in. Hoping someone has bought the Lot and isn't interesting in that one....

Some people must spend thousands at these auctions!.

One bidder (number3) kept on winning the Amateur cup finals and
other lots too.Must be a dealer I guess.

They must do, although dealers having the capital to spend £5k in one go must be nice

Bought the lot mainly because it had some Newport 1950s contained within it.

Might sell on some of the remainder.Anyone have any idea of the
value of the 2 Cardiff issues referred to in my thread?.

Few non-league collections I may have bid on, but didn't bother.

One contained 3 1940's FA Cup programmes including Grantham v Kettering. Would have liked that, but would have to pay over the odds for the other two in the pack.

Also I think there was a Shrewsbury collection, but again, the package price would have inflated the price of the one I wanted.

Unless of course any of you won those and just want to sell the Grantham ?

Won an Arsenal lot with the Liege 63/64 away programme. Paid £200 for it so nearer £240 with buyers commission. However same item went on eBay recently for £231 and in current lot is an away vs Staevnet which should recoup me £25-£30 so overall a slight saving compared to eBay this time.
