So, if I have this right, my current score is 7-1 (after all of Saturday's matches)

My opponent's and my predictions are;

Everton v Villa 1-1 v 2-0
Derby v Man U 0-1 v 0-4
Arsenal v Cardiff 1-1 v 3-0

If Everton win by a margin other than 2 goals and Man Utd don't win by 4 goals, I have qualified today.

If Everton win 2-0 and Man U don't win by 4, that means all I have to avoid on Monday is 3-0 Arsenal, if that WAS the score, that would mean a tie and my opponent would win on the Everton score tie-breaker rule, am I right?

If both Everton and Man U win by the 2 and 4 goal margins (not correct scores), I would need Cardiff to avoid a 3 goal margin defeat.

If Everton don't win, I have qualified because my opponent would need 4-0 and 3-0 in the other 2 games, however that means I gain a point for the correct result in the Man U game.

Glad I've understood that Surprised Very Happy

And am I also correct in thinking, Geddon has now qualified because of the similarities in the last 3 games predicted? Well done Geddon Very Happy

Let's get both forum members into the last 16 now!! Cool

UP FOR THE CUP! Smile

Man U Derby currently 3-1, even if Man U score 2 more to give them a 4 goal margin, Arsenal would need to win 3-0 tomorrow for my opponent to qualify.

Odds of that happening is just under 61/1.

EDIT: Finished 4-1, Geddon, We're there Very Happy

Yes Geddon's scores matches - partly or in whole - result and/or score
Easiest is to take it match by match and if winning (or losing) assume lower score would get a maximum (and bonuses) and see how many other person would get... if the leader cannot then be headed then they will win!

Probably it was 7-1 - I couldn't get on after the Chelsea game...

Ties are broken as follows:
a) Points - after bonus points allocated
b) Most Correct Scores
c) Most Correct Results
d) Everton score (points earned)
e) Goals predicted compared to Goals scored (in knockout events only)

Here are the results both you guys won - well done

Results (so far 14 winners) congrats to winners

* winners
mattj7 3-6 *ged1878
Gravy & Chips 7-12 *yankthetoffee
Super VDM 6-7 *bluecross
Andy R 6-9 *Buggrit Hall
*ry efc 13-2 Diamond
*jambokev 8-4 arkblue
sheedsleftpeg 5-9 *Nev The Binman
Notepad 5-7 bluenose14 in play
*cass 14-11 AH1984
Tennessee BM 6-5 Dixie Land in play
Magic Mike 0-10 *Ruddy Perfect
*thomasblue 10-0 Yak-itty-yak(OMH)
*bobbyefc 14-4 Welton Toffee
*geddon 10-4 Bluejaguar
foreverblue 4-9 *Barney Eagle
MPD 3-9 *MyNameIsEarlBarrett

Draw for Last 16 as follows:

ged1878 v Notepad OR bluenose14
ry efc v Nev The Binman

bobbyefc v Ruddy Perfect
geddon v Tennessee Blue Mike OR Dixie Land
