A strange and long-shot request.

I looking for some of the above to protect commemorative 8 inch diameter plates in transit.

I am happy to pay a small amount for each set plus delivery charges.

Please PM if any member can supply any or knows of a supplier.

Thanks, Martin

Could you not put a 9" polystyrene plate either side, then bubble wrap the whole thing?

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have run out of the "protectors" that came with some of the plates. These were moulded so the plate sits snugly in one side and the other part goes on top. This ensures that they are protected from rattling around or crushing (as has happened to one I sent out recently wrapped in bubble wrap and in a cardboard box)!

As we all know couriers and the Royal Mail are not gently when moving packages around.
