Poland v England Ticket

I've tried researching this but cannot find out what game this is for (I presume it's a youth fixture of sorts but if anyone can help I'd be grateful)

From what I can translate from the ticket, it is for an U19 Youth International played on 21 August. Not sure what year without further research. Hope this helps you.

I can add...

Played on the ground of MKS Legionovia who play in the town of Legionowo about 25km north of Warsaw, they seem to play in the Polish third tier. Can't help with the year, though
