Having recently viewed footage of the exhibition on Maidstone United and their history I purchased the book that covers the exhibition.

It got me thinking about if other Kent based clubs have issued history books or booklets.
Would be interested in obtaining these if anyone has any available?

I have both the Dartford and Bromley books, the Dartford book is BIG. Available from the clubshop website

https://dartfordfc.ktckts.com/merchandise/darmerhis/history-book

VERY heavy indeed

I also have a book on Northfleet United
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Set-Concrete-History-Northfleet-1890-1946/dp/0951500147

I may have more, just can't think of Kent clubs off the top of my head Smile

The Bromley book is excellent. I bought my copy from their club shop when I was there watching Guiseley. £5 in their sale.

Royal Arsenal (albeit only for a couple of years before Plumstead was swallowed up by London)

It depends on what you are looking for in terms of history:

Maidstone:
Exodus - by Fred Atkins - About the wilderness years from 1988 - 2012
Bill Williams - "Believe it or not" Bills autobiography and a lot of Maidstone content (If you go to a Maidstone game in the home end pop in the cub shop early and they might be able to get Bill to sign it for you).

Gillingham:
Big History Book - https://amzn.to/2AbxGHi (Can be very pricey)
Whose Who type book - https://amzn.to/2BRYdd3
Pictorial history - https://amzn.to/30yHh5o
Roger Triggs also done another one which was a history of the games played more a stattos type paperback with fixtures/results going way back.

Dartford:
Others have mentioned this and whilst I've not got a copy there is a copy in the club shop that i've had a butchers at a couple of times great content in there (Bit hard to buy a Dartford history book when your bound in Maidstone gear).

The guy who organised the Maidstone Exhibition is also putting together a web page and there is a section about Kent sport in history, with little snippets - https://bit.ly/3cLzsMh
